The figures act external controlled, they are freezed in rituals and show a scenario of lonesomeness. They have no self, no identity but are forced in repressive systems. These systems code their life, dreams, their aggressions, wishes, desperation.
The serie AT HOME refer by title to a more private and familiar view. By social conventions and mechanisms as the smallest unit the family is the first executive organ of deformation of self in the name of the collective identity. A vacuum that is sensed as incising alienation from the self. A existential situation where the self as a lost my-reality is integrated in automated allday-forces. An immaterial identity, procreating in liquid, intangible streams synonymic to the organic body.
Therefore the ritual is formalised. The predetermined patterns become to regulative factor – the intrusion/infusion/penetration of the liquid test solutions turn to lustful experience. The mobilisation of the own, remained juices, against the loss of identity, begins in a de-individualised ritual across self-fertilisation to self-parturition. |
