STRIP I-III

The body has become surface, which is humiliated by its own orifices: mouth, sex, anus.
Although the naked figures remind of Greek/Latin sculptures by their stiffs positions, their reduction to torsos, nevertheless approaching to, they resolve in digital raster. Only held together by the tight tensed threads. The haptics of the sewed yarn supports this impression. It is not clear if the moves of the figures strive against or with each other, but they are hold in an indefinite rigor by the linking tensed threads. By the accentuation of the organs concerning metabolism and reproduction defining the structure of human identity they are detached from the body, detached from its self-constructed fetish and mechanisms.
They leave it behind disassociated and freeze it de-individualized. The unstable connexions affecting the flow of life and disposing the vital functions of body and identity come to foreground.
